Shipping returns without testing..

Wish there was an option for zero stars..

They shipped my amp-with broken RCA leads, have been trying to get a replacement plug with no luck. Have to return the amp to get a plug fixed. I have now been waiting over a month for them to make good on the broken product they shipped. Promised to ship replacement when I shipped the first amp back, not telling me I have to wait for them to process a pallet full of returns before they will ship out the product that I paid for.

It has been over a month since I started this return, and no solution in sight.. I have been without sound in my car after installing all new speakers and a new headunit. Lots of money with nothing to listen to.

I will not be shopping here ever again, and I have bought things from them 'Sonic Electronix" for a decade.. Sonic is the parent company, so all my repair requests and complaints get handled the same way..
